  • What materials are used to produce photo backdrops?

    Our backdrops are available in two material options: vinyl and fabric. Both offer excellent image quality and are suitable for both professional and amateur photo shoots.

  • Is the vinyl backdrop glossy?

    Our vinyl is UltraMat – a matte material. In rare cases, especially with very dark designs and strong lighting, slight reflections may occur. Adjust your lighting to reduce glare.

  • What is a tunnel or extra edge on the backdrop?

    A tunnel is a sewn loop for mounting on a rod; the extra edge (15 cm) is a blank white border that makes clamping easier and keeps it out of frame. Photos of these options are in the product gallery.

  • Are the backdrops folded or rolled?

    All backdrops are rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes – never folded. This prevents creases and makes them ready to use immediately after unpacking.

  • Can I fold fabric backdrops?

    We don’t recommend folding fabric – it may cause hard-to-remove wrinkles. Our fabric has a rubberized back and doesn’t let light through. Always store it rolled up.

  • Will the colors match what I see on screen?

    <p>Minor differences are possible due to screen settings and print technology. Final colors may appear slightly warmer or cooler.</p>

  • Can I order a sample?

    Yes – samples are available on request. Please contact us via email and we’ll prepare the right material for you.

  • How can I clean the backdrop?

    – Vinyl: Wipe with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
    – Fabric: Do not wash – we recommend gentle cleaning with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid strong chemicals.

  • Can I iron the backdrop if it’s wrinkled?

    Yes, if wrinkles appear:
    – Hang the backdrop to let it straighten naturally.
    – Use a steamer or iron on low heat, with a protective layer (e.g., a cotton cloth) to avoid damaging the print.

  • How can I prevent the backdrop from wrinkling or curling?

    Use elastic backdrop clips (available in our store) to stretch and fix the backdrop to the frame. This ensures a smooth, flat background.

  • Can I use my own stand or wall system?

    Yes – especially for widths over 240 cm, we recommend a solid crossbar (e.g., aluminum tube, 5 cm diameter). Lightweight stands may bend under the weight.

  • What backdrop sizes are available?

    We offer a variety of sizes – from compact to extra-large. All available dimensions are listed on each product page. Custom sizes can also be arranged upon request.

  • Can I order a backdrop with my own design?

    Absolutely! We print custom backdrops – just send us your design file (preferably in high resolution). We'll prepare a preview for approval before printing.

  • Can I modify an existing design (e.g., remove the floor, change the color)?

    Yes – we can edit any design: change colors, remove elements, merge two designs, or adjust framing. Just contact us with the design number and your request.

  • Can I send a reference photo from Pinterest or Google?

    You can send an idea, but we don’t print images from the internet – they’re usually too low in quality. We recommend searching on www.freepik.com with an active license. Accepted file formats: .JPG, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI (min. 150 DPI at full size).

  • Will I see a preview before printing?

    Yes – for custom designs, we always prepare a mock-up for your approval before production.

  • How long does order fulfillment take?

    Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
    Shipping time:
    – Poland: 1–2 business days
    – EU countries: 2–4 business days

    You’ll receive a tracking number by email once the package is shipped.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes – each package is assigned a tracking number which you can use to follow your shipment online via the carrier (e.g., GLS, DPD).

  • What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping costs depend on the destination country and order size. Please refer to our “Shipping & Payments” page for details.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept: bank transfers, online payment platforms (PayU, BLIK, PayPal), credit/debit cards, cash on delivery (in selected cases).

  • Does the invoice include shipping costs?

    Yes – if your order includes shipping, it will appear as a separate line on the invoice (e.g., “GLS” or “DPD”).

  • Can I get an invoice for a company or individual?

    Yes – we issue invoices for both individuals and companies.
    Public institutions can request pro forma invoices or payment on terms – just contact us via email.

  • Can I return or exchange a backdrop?

    Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-printed backdrops are non-returnable (as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16). If there’s an issue, contact us – we’ll do our best to help.

  • Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

    Yes – when ordering 4 or more backdrops, a 15% discount is applied automatically. Discounts do not combine with other promotions.

  • What is your complaints and return policy?

    We accept complaints in case of:
    – Package damage (please report with courier)
    – Material defects
    – Production errors (e.g., wrong design)

    We do not accept returns based on screen color differences, personal preferences, or incorrect sizing. Please email us photos and a short description of the issue.
