Prices and Delivery Times

Poland:

  • - Backgrounds up to 200 cm wide: delivery by GLS, price 25 PLN or 30 PLN cash on delivery, delivery time 1-2 business days.
  • - Backgrounds 240 cm wide: delivery by DPD, price 45 PLN or 50 PLN cash on delivery, delivery time 1-2 business days.
  • - Backgrounds 300 cm wide: delivery by FEDEX, price 150 PLN, delivery time 1-2 business days.

Europe:

  • - Backgrounds up to 200 cm wide: delivery by GLS, price €21.50, delivery time 2-4 business days.
  • - Backgrounds 240 cm wide: delivery by DPD, price €38.70, delivery time 2-4 business days.
  • - Backgrounds 300 cm wide: delivery by FEDEX or DHL, price €129, delivery time 2-6 business days.

We can fit between 4 and 8 backgrounds per package, depending on the size.
For example, 200x200 cm backgrounds – 8 pieces, 200x400 cm backgrounds – 4 pieces. The price in the cart is updated depending on the quantity.



Delivery and returns

Our products are delivered by DPD and GLS courier service.

We send packages within 1-4 business days. 

The delivery time may change for reasons uninfluenced by the Seller. If the package is not collected on time, the customer is charged with the cost of returning the package to us (23-35 EUR). The customer must also bear the cost of the next shipment resulting from the content of the order.

We have a responsible shipping policy. We make sure that our client receives our order on time. That is why we use two third-party courier shipping companies. Thanks to the printed and electronic shipment numbers you are always able to locate your shipment and you are informed about the date and time of receipt of the package. All vinyl backgrounds are always shipped rolled. We never fold them. 



Product complaint 

Complaints may be submitted in writing to the following address: Fotofactory24.pl, Sikorskiego 5, 42-200 Częstochowa, or in electronic form via e-mail to the following address: biuro@fotofactory24.pl 

In the complaint, please provide: 

- description of the type of damage to the product along with a photographic documentation.

- contact details of the person submitting a complaint.

The seller will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Failure to respond within the above-mentioned period means that the Seller considered the complaint as justified. 



Cases in which the complaint will not be accepted: 

We are not responsible for slight differences in the colours of the goods delivered in comparison to the colours of the goods seen on the screen of a monitor or smartphone. The image viewed on the monitor screen may slightly differ in color from the printed image, which results from the difference in the way the image is presented. Such differences do not entitle to make a complaint. 

There may be a minor difference in the dimension of the background - but not more than ± 1% 

Fotofactory24.pl is a website that produces to order. 

If you accept a damaged package your complaint won't be considered positive.

If the delivered package has visible damage or is missing company markings and there is a reasonable suspicion that the product has been damaged, this fact should be reported to the courier during delivery and a damage report should be drawn up in his presence. In justified cases, you should refuse to accept such a shipment and immediately contact Fotofactory24.pl by e-mail biuro@fotofactory24.pl or by phone at 509091187 



We must be informed about any hidden defects immediately. 

The wrong choice of the type and format of the background is not the basis for the complaint.
