Delivery and returns

Our products are delivered by DPD and GLS courier service.

We send packages within 1-7 business days. 

We usually send vinyl backgrounds within 1-3 business days.

The delivery time may change for reasons uninfluenced by the Seller. If the package is not collected on time, the customer is charged with the cost of returning the package to us (23-35 EUR). The customer must also bear the cost of the next shipment resulting from the content of the order.

We have a responsible shipping policy. We make sure that our client receives our order on time. That is why we use two third-party courier shipping companies. Thanks to the printed and electronic shipment numbers you are always able to locate your shipment and you are informed about the date and time of receipt of the package. All vinyl backgrounds are always shipped rolled. We never fold them. 

Product complaint 

Complaints may be submitted in writing to the following address:, Sikorskiego 5, 42-200 Częstochowa, or in electronic form via e-mail to the following address: 

In the complaint, please provide: 

- description of the type of damage to the product along with a photographic documentation.

- contact details of the person submitting a complaint.

The seller will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Failure to respond within the above-mentioned period means that the Seller considered the complaint as justified. 

Cases in which the complaint will not be accepted: 

We are not responsible for slight differences in the colours of the goods delivered in comparison to the colours of the goods seen on the screen of a monitor or smartphone. The image viewed on the monitor screen may slightly differ in color from the printed image, which results from the difference in the way the image is presented. Such differences do not entitle to make a complaint. 

There may be a minor difference in the dimension of the background - but not more than ± 1% is a website that produces to order. 

The buyer determines the parameters of the order - the graphics, material, print dimensions and finishing options. 

The product ordered by the Buyer is configured on the basis of an individual and detailed order, therefore in accordance with Art. 38 item 3 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), the Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or remotely. Art. 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, including in situation: 

"In which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs" 

The act applies to printed products. Any other finished products such as accessories can be returned without giving any reason within 14 business days after receiving the goods. 

If you accept a damaged package your complaint won't be considered positive.

If the delivered package has visible damage or is missing company markings and there is a reasonable suspicion that the product has been damaged, this fact should be reported to the courier during delivery and a damage report should be drawn up in his presence. In justified cases, you should refuse to accept such a shipment and immediately contact by e-mail or by phone at 509091187 

We must be informed about any hidden defects immediately. 

The wrong choice of the type and format of the background is not the basis for the complaint.
