Vinyl backdrops and Blockout fabric are shipped rolled. Premium fabric is folded. At the customer’s request, Blockout fabric can also be folded to reduce the delivery cost.
Delivery times may change for reasons beyond the seller’s control. If a parcel is not collected on time, the customer will bear the cost of returning it and the cost of reshipping it.

A complaint may be sent to the store’s email address. Please include a description of the damage and photographic documentation in your submission.
What information should be included in a complaint?
A description of the type of damage to the item concerned, together with photographs and the contact details of the person submitting the complaint.
Response time
The seller will respond to the complaint without delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which it was submitted.
Damaged shipment
The condition of the parcel should be checked when it is received from the courier.
If the parcel is visibly damaged or is missing company markings and there is reason to suspect that the product has been damaged, this should be reported to the courier upon delivery and a damage report should be completed.
In justified cases, you should refuse to accept the shipment and contact Fotofactory24.pl by email or by telephone at +48 509 091 187. Accepting a damaged shipment without a damage report may prevent the complaint from being accepted.
Product returns
Photographic backdrops are produced individually to the customer’s order.
Fotofactory24.pl produces backdrops to order. The buyer selects the design, material, print dimensions and finishing options, which means that the product is prepared according to an individual specification.
Printed products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to non-prefabricated products made to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet the consumer’s individual needs.
Ready-made products
Other ready-made products, such as accessories, may be returned without giving a reason within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
When will a complaint not be accepted?
Certain differences may result from the printing technology, screen settings or individual product configuration.
ColoursSlight differences between the image displayed on the screen and the printed product do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
DimensionsThe permitted size variation of the ordered backdrop is approximately +/- 1%.
Backdrop selectionChoosing the wrong type or format of backdrop does not constitute grounds for a complaint.
Hidden defectsThe store must be informed of any hidden defects immediately after they are discovered.
