Vinyl UltraMat 510 g/m²
Durable, matte photography material. Easy to clean and suitable both as a wall-only backdrop and as a wall + floor set.
Premium fabric with black backing
Thick, matte blockout fabric with a black backing that reduces light transmission. It works perfectly both as an elegant wall backdrop and as a floor backdrop.
Premium Photo Fabric
Foldable photography fabric, convenient for transport and storage. It can be washed and ironed, making it a good choice for mobile work.

Wall or wall + floor?
When choosing the size, pay attention to whether you are ordering a wall-only backdrop or a set with flooring.
“Wall” variant
The entire selected size is the vertical part.
“Wall + Floor” variant
The total length of the material is divided into the vertical part and the floor.
Example: 160x300 cm Wall + Floor means approximately 160x150 cm of wall and approximately 160x150 cm of floor. It is not 300 cm of wall plus an additional floor.

Colors and important information
The color on the screen and the color of the finished print may look different.
Color appearance is affected by factors such as the monitor, phone, screen brightness, browser and the way the graphic is displayed. We print backdrops on matte materials, so the finished product may look different from the image on a backlit screen.
The acceptable size tolerance of the finished backdrop is approximately +/- 1%. Backdrops are made to order according to the selected design, size, material and finish.

Foto Premium Fabric
Flexible polyester knitted fabric with a weight of 280 g/m². It reproduces colors very well, is resistant to creasing, and can be easily stretched on photographic stands.

Poland:
- Backgrounds up to 200 cm wide: delivery by GLS, price 25 PLN, delivery time 1-2 business days.
- Backgrounds 240 cm wide: delivery by DPD, price 45 PLN, delivery time 1-2 business days.
- Backgrounds 300 cm wide: delivery by DPD, price 45 PLN, delivery time 1-2 business days.
Europe:
- Backgrounds up to 200 cm wide: delivery by GLS, price €21.50, delivery time 2-4 business days.
- Backgrounds 240 cm wide: delivery by DPD, price €38.70, delivery time 2-4 business days.
- Backgrounds 300 cm wide: delivery by DHL, price €70, delivery time 2-6 business days.
We can fit between 4 and 8 backgrounds per package, depending on the size. For example, 200x200 cm backgrounds – 8 pieces, 200x400 cm backgrounds – 4 pieces. The price in the cart is updated depending on the quantity.
Delivery and returns
Our products are delivered by GLS, DPD, FEDEX and DHL courier service.
We send packages within 1-4 business days.
The delivery time may change for reasons uninfluenced by the Seller. If the package is not collected on time, the customer is charged with the cost of returning the package to us (23-35 EUR). The customer must also bear the cost of the next shipment resulting from the content of the order.
We have a responsible shipping policy. We make sure that our client receives our order on time. That is why we use two third-party courier shipping companies. Thanks to the printed and electronic shipment numbers you are always able to locate your shipment and you are informed about the date and time of receipt of the package. All vinyl backgrounds are always shipped rolled. We never fold them.
Product complaint
Complaints may be submitted in writing to the following address: Fotofactory24.pl, Sikorskiego 5, 42-200 Częstochowa, or in electronic form via e-mail to the following address: [email protected]
In the complaint, please provide:
- description of the type of damage to the product along with a photographic documentation.
- contact details of the person submitting a complaint.
The seller will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. Failure to respond within the above-mentioned period means that the Seller considered the complaint as justified.
Cases in which the complaint will not be accepted:
We are not responsible for slight differences in the colours of the goods delivered in comparison to the colours of the goods seen on the screen of a monitor or smartphone. The image viewed on the monitor screen may slightly differ in color from the printed image, which results from the difference in the way the image is presented. Such differences do not entitle to make a complaint.
There may be a minor difference in the dimension of the background - but not more than ± 1%.
Fotofactory24.pl is a website that produces to order.
If you accept a damaged package your complaint won't be considered positive.
If the delivered package has visible damage or is missing company markings and there is a reasonable suspicion that the product has been damaged, this fact should be reported to the courier during delivery and a damage report should be drawn up in his presence. We must be informed about any hidden defects immediately.
The wrong choice of the type and format of the background is not the basis for the complaint.
